it should be an indication that you guys at CHQ/RAW can get better work rules and payrates (esp for the 170s) into your contract and still secure long term deals.....CAL is taking your CRJs out of service while securing a long term deal with XJT. What does that show you about how CAL feels about the quality of the 2 Express carriers?

Well.................I will say that there is a good chance they may look somewhere to reduce costs, as the CPA leaves them a lot less profit wise then before.
I also encourage all XJT's to attend the July 11th rally for our CAL brothers who are very conveniently (for management) facing furloughs during contract negotiations. Time to put the CAL vs XJT sh*t to bed and support each other. The CAL MEC throughout the past few months have been very supportive and stood behind us every step of the way

SAAB: any guesses as to what happens to branded after Oct? Are we putting the LRs and XRs back into COEX?
