We are "fat" by their definition. If our management had their way, lineholders would all fly 90 hours months and reserves would fly at least 75 hours. No idle time equals less staff required.
CHQ in STL isn't fat at all. I think this COLA issue will bite them in the butt considering I wanted a min guarantee and ended up with 90hrs. Oh well sick call for the 4th!
i didnt put anything min or max sched in my bid and i got just 85 hours. i swear min sched just makes the computer add as much as it can to your schedule
