Mesa is hiring?

Form my understanding Mesa has not been hiring/training new pilots and Flight attendance into the ERJ. Now that Mesa is temporally flying the ERJ’s again they need pilots and FA to operate them.
After delta originally terminated the contract many of the ERJ guys/girls found new jobs and add this to Mesa all ready high attrition rate no one is left to operate the ERJ. I even know a first officer who has started a new job and is still collecting his minimum guarantee from mesa and if he ever gets called to fly he is going to say “F#@% JO, I quit”.
I don’t see Mesa making it much longer. I don’t want to see any one lose his or hers job. Every one who has went to work for Mesa in the last few years has known this day was coming and should have all ready got out by now. I will have no hard feelings when Mesa finally closes it doors, acutely I will be quit happy as it will add a lot of job security to the rest of us who wanted higher standers.

I'm sure we've lost some of the freedom guys, but most of them are enjoying the time off with pay. They are not going to train anyone on the ERJ. We are short on the Dash-8 and CRJ.
Tell your buddy he's a genius, as that will "really show them." It will also allow him the chance to explain why he was terminated from an airline in his next interview. Mesa or not, ask anyone who has a hand at hiring at the majors how that looks on PRIA paperwork. Since he didn't properly resign, turn in his pubs etc, they will terminate him.
The only thing that will bring us job security is oil prices dropping, a new CEO for nearly every airline in the industry, and a upturn in the ecomony.
