Because this continues the whip-saw and allows american to move regional flying to cheaper carriers, thus hurting everyone else that flies for AA, especially those who voted their concessions down recently. Everyone else has voted NO and AAG is now down to their last chance to screw everyone over. PDT pilots, vote NO like thousands of your fellow regional pilots have and stand together. There can only be a whip-saw if someone will do the flying for less........Don't be those guys.

VOTE NO!

Those thousands of other regional pilots won't help them in any way when they get the Envoy treatment. "Standing up for the industry" accomplishes nothing and stagnates the careers of the pilots who took the stand. Look at what is happening at Envoy, if you want that to be your future, by all means, vote no.

I'll vote NO if all the people telling us to vote no will let us come work for your airline "DOH of course" when we get shut down.

PDT pilots have stood up when other airlines didn't, we've tried to collaborate years ago with other regionals no one wanted to talk to us then.

Each pilot will get a vote, and if it is indeed concessionary for me I will vote no.

If this would've been offered to the Republic Pilots it would've passed by 90%. It still includes top Workrules, Vacation, Healthcare. And everyone on the property today will all be at American in 4 years. Even if we see a EMB 175 (which I doubt) only a handful will remain on the property to even fly it.

4 years? where are you coming up with that number? 36 a year is what I read, they have 300+ pilots at piedmont

The top 80 ain't going.... I went through the seniority list and out of the top 100 pilots I see maybe 20 going. Everyone in the training department ain't going. SOE Captains ain't going.

And if they get 175's there will be number of them that will want to stay Captains and will stay. It will go fast for those that want to go.

On top of that if the Retirement Greivance is settled a ton will pull the plug and Retire that day. Remember PDT is one of the few Regionals that has a retirement. Grievance is over 65 rule and they might just win.
