You can say whatever makes you sleep better at night. I sleep fine with my $8200 this month on year 4 Captain pay.
Oh Lord really? You'd think someone with that much education might have more common sense.
2 bachelor's and a masters seems like such a waste for an industry that requires only a high school education. Boy you're really blazing a trail by wasting all that money on education when all you needed was something from your local community college. What happened to you? Did you first shoot for being a Brain doctor and it didn't workout? Then you decided to become a regional pilot instead? Boy that's some wasted money I'm sure that 8200 a month will help pay off those worthless loans.

Don't worry all of us Piedmont People sleep just fine day or night. As for you it only takes 1 minute for someone to see all your negative post about CommutAir, ExpressJet, Mesa, and Republic to know you must not be too happy at TSA if your busy worrying about everyone else in the industry. Now grab you ball and go home little boy.

Not sure why you feel the need to brag about your education, life, and your pay in the last 24 hours in a public forum CBreezy, wishing you the best and please move along. Have a great day.

Never understood the need for some to reassure themselves they've made the right choice, and are in the right place, by always criticizing and putting others down.

Is a 3-5 year flow realistic for a new hire? With ~400 pilots on property, wouldn't a 7-8 year flow be more accurate?

I would set my expectation to a 5-7 year flow for anyone who are interested at pdt.

From I what I understand I guess AA has already said they will take 65 PDT guys in 2016. If they take that every year after that, and with pilots still applying to other major airlines, it seems it will be a quick flow. Obviously it will get longer as PDT grows. With 100 senior pilots on the list not flowing, and I heard they want to grow to 600 pilots so at that number the flow would be like 7.5 years.
