regarding that fa holding in the pilot.....heard that the fa or fo said holding him in the plane stopped him from flying out the window and fod'ing engine out. nice right

Sure, I'd start by teaching you guys how to call Delta Radio. I'll give you a hint, you don't need to say what frequency you're calling on like when you call FSS. You're not in a Cessna anymore.

And Pinnacle didn't have the chart in their speed cards. It was buried in the AFM which was buried in the closet. Real easy to reference in flight.

Skywest doesn't have to call Delta Radio... they have ACARS!!

ASA pilots sound so much more professional on the radio...

The window doesn't "shatter" it de-laminates. On of the panes has busted. Could be an outside, inside, or inner. Its scary to see and sounds like a fire cracker went off. I've had it happen on both the EMB and the CRJ. I guess it's my forte. I know guys that have had 3 or 4 flap fails in the CRJ. Its just another susceptible "ism" of the RJ.
