There are TR switches in the 200/700/900. They are always armed for takeoff and landing.

Let me rephrase that...they are always SUPPOSED to be armed for takeoff and landing.

It's been a long time but don't we calculate our landing distance without TR's? I know on the EMB our LD is w/out Reverse. Also I was told that this was a "Steer Inop" at the wrong time.

If you look at the United States as one big region, I guess it makes sense. Plus both LAX and SAT are small airports that otherwise could not be served by mainline becuase they are uncontrolled fields and lack of services.
