I was given a room three times at the Raddison in Memphis with people already in the rooms. Finally got a good room on the fourth try. Folks in that awful city just don't care.

You don't need to be an English teacher to get it right. I can understand once in a paragraph, but three times? Proofreading would not of caught it.

your kidding right? Their are obviously more big issues in this world then proper spelling and grammer usage. Me bet people will see this post, and say bad things about it. How people spell shouldnt effect how their viewed up on.

I guess its just some peoples peeves. They're goal in life is to point out all the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors they see. But just because your a pillut, and not an english teacher, doesn't mean that its ok to not proofread.

Their, i got that off my chest..anything to get of you'res?

How about this. Returning from the bar, I have been known to attempt to get into room # 813, NOT my room # 713... Done that a few times...

I've gotten myself into the habit of bringing my room key sleeve with the room number written on it with me....too many times have i stumbled past all the doors that look the same...basically stopping at "every door on the left hand side after the part of the wall that juts out into the hallway" that i come across on the floor that "i think i'm on"

Or just leave the TV on obnoxiously loud, so you can use sonar like a bat to find your room

I had an F/A on his first IOE overnight in IDA walk into his room and hear breathing. He said hello. A woman says "I'm hear honey......" He says I'm supposed to be here, but how bout you..... turns around and walks out. People at front desk had no idea who was in his room. Took 20 minutes for him to convince the desk that he needed a new room. Finally got a new room. Hella way to start your first night-- especially since it was minimum rest!
