MAG pilots beware, it might be good to stock up on Preparation PH in case Foley plans to do another XJ here.
I don't think JO would need to bring in outside talent to bone pilots

There are rampant rumors of mass firings at MAG HQ late last week. Foley might have been brought in to clean house...JO would consider him to be philosophically compatible with MAG and JO.

Perhaps JO is trying to deflect blame from himself by rolling subordinate heads.

There is also some suspicion in the rank the file that the man himself is out, and Foley is HIS replacement...I'm honestly not sure which would be worse

Paul foley has to be worse. Mesaba was and is a cash machine, and foley almost destroyed it. Mesa i believe is more fragile, he should have no problem taking them down.

Those rumors are true. Some were pilots with titles (certificate chief pilot), others were "brass" type people.

No need to be scared of Foley. He didn't do much to intimidate us while he was head of MAIR... he really didn't do much at all besides soak up a fat paycheck every month. Hence, the sticker. The only reason to be scared of Foley would be his history of killing airlines by quietly shifting any cash the airline might have laying around to his personal account.

Yeah, I do know whats going on...I work under him for 8 years. Its the end! Paul Foley isn't a positive addition to MAG. Good luck to the pilots.
