Before 1/31/09, there were 38 Pilots employed by PW/NMA/GS.

Is there not some sort of labor protection against being fired for organizing? Even in an at will work state?

Even though I don't expect anything more or less from the shameless management of Pacific Wings.

Do not work here. No matter how badly you need the hours. They will use you and throw you away.
