I know Comair, ASA and SkyWest have a bunch of their leases with Wells Fargo. Mesa also has a bunch of leases with Wells Fargo. They seem to be the number one company to get aircraft lease from.

I'm not saying you're wrong but I think that this point would not be given as much weight in an injunction hearing as has been passed around. That's not the judges role at that point. That issue would be more prudent in a trial for breech of contract.

There are still aircraft owned outright. I know at Comair we own 14 CRJ-100's and we also own 15 CRJ-700's. Our 13 CRJ-900's are leased direclty with Bombardier. Mesa owns all their -900's minus the Freedom -900's, some -700's and some -200's.

One ear bud firmly in place, one pulled out. Seriously though, you guys need to get over yourselves. I was offered jobs at mesa and tsa and had the goatee during the interview. I'll shave it in future interviews just to be safe, but not hiring somebody because of their choice in facial hair is beyond retarded. Truly though, I only half wanted the job and had skipped my interview there a couple weeks prior so I suppose I probably wasn't trying very hard to impress them.

I know everyone would like to see OJ out of his current position of tyranny. (myself included) But with the way this ridiculous industry works, if he lost his current job he would probably get promoted to a legacy carrier. Seems like this industry is in the recycling biz for CEO's who make airlines go bankrupt.
