How is the "feeling" at your bases guys? As far as EWR from the impression I get it is majority Alpa and possibly in the 80%+ in favor at the least.

I have heard we have IAH and IAD on board as well. Those are the three largest hubs which should have the majority of their voters supporting the drive.

What about the propaganda and its effects? Everyone in EWR has more or less been PO'd that the company has been incessantly spamming them and I havent heard one pilot say mgmt has good points in those letters that are worth entertaining.

well, keep in mind that the guys that are anti-alpa wont necessarily be upfront about it, esp if they know that you're pro-alpa. some guys/gals just dont want to get into arguments because they think/know you're going to try to convince them otherwise even though their minds are already made up.
for example last summer i was flying with a capt who was in the OC... he would talk to people, and they would assure him that they had voted or were going to... but then behind his back they would say otherwise. there are lots of guys who politely agree with you so they'd be left alone.

what's wrong with that? People don't want to be bothered and add tension to the workplace talking to someone who will berrate them with anti union vs pro union. It's their vote and they are entitled to their opinion

I like the idea about the I voted ALPA pins someone from the OC should try and get that to happen.

I would say we are at 80% support in IAH. Any one from IAD or some of the outstations stand no where we stand?

My favorite is in IAH when ever mgmt posts propaganda on the board we either throw it away or write "LIES" on it. Or just cover it with ALPA material
