"Our position is that this is a very positive thing for the future and growth of our organization, our airline here in Hawaii, and presents opportunities for us to grow, add new routes and also go transpacific to the mainland," Skellon said.

Great! He's back on his quest to have you guys fly 100 seat or more aircraft for RJ wages! I remember when he bought that 737 from HP. It just sat over KIWA till he realized that there was no way in hell that the MAG pilots were going fly 737's at CRJ-200 wages.

I was a new-hire back then...there was talk of cancelling our RJ class and starting over on the 737...with a 5-year seat-lock (yes SEAT). The assumption was that the SJS-factor on a 73 would be off the scale, so the FO's wouldn't mind five years of twenty-something an hour and Turbine SIC

They even had manuals floating around.

About the only good thing that MAG alpa has ever done was to refuse to fly that thing for the rate JO offered.
