Well with you just starting out so to speak, here is a little advice for you, this is a very small communtity, everyone knows everyone. It took me some time to see that, but it is true. From FedEx to the Army, from ComAir to United you will never know who knows who, just like you will never know who is reading these threads. Now I am not the smartest, but I am sure if I worked at Colgan, and I wanted to figure out who called me a Pimple Face 27 year old whatever, and your so called "sent in an email that could not be traced" I could find you. Not saying that guy would or could do it, but you don't know who he knows where.

My point is, you are a dhc-6 FO, but I am sure you are planning to move on to something bigger better faster and pays more etc. the Freedom of Speech may not be an Amendment that you want to ride all of the time because of the toes that you might step on in the process. This is a very political industry you dig, but if that is what you do, keep the ball rolling, but let me know how you are progressing in 10 to 12 years.

I know a few guys now with 4,000 hours plus, but cannot get passed the interviews because they have been blackballed by somebody who knows somebody him or her that knows somebody.

You are grown so live your life the way that you want to, but you probably want to listen to some of the old heads that have been in this game for a few years, they have been around this long being the Devil's Advocate.
