They have successfully fought delisting a few times now, but I doubt they will be able to continue. When the stock is finally delisted it will be worthless. So it doesn't matter how cheap it is right now, eventually it won't have an exchange to trade on.

Unless a reverse stock split occurs, like Express Jet.

Actually, due to the low market cap a reverse split is impossible. They're stuck riding this one out.
