jamestown ny is a easy base to get if your a captain. I know that for sure. For F/O's o dont think it is a very popular base. Your have a shot is you bid for it. Buffalo, NY is hard to get get. There are Pilots on reserve there. Thats a maintance base. You will be asked to ferry planes alot on your days off. Not to sure about rochester, NY Sorry. Good luck.

I've never been asked to ferry a plane on a day off. BUF is fairly junior but if the FOs there are content to stay put then you won't be able to get in there for a while. Your chances of getting one of the New York bases is very good however.
