This is a recipe for disaster.
Don't be the guy who goes on ABC and spouts off about how your regional works you to the bone, gives you no time off, and pays you peanuts for the privilege.
We all know its true, of course.
Let ALPA (or whomever) do the talking on this one. This is a hot potato right now. At best, you're violating company rules and subject to a bull's eye on your back. At worse, you're violating company rules and subject to termination.
I can assure you, the hiring market is bad right now. You don't want to be the guy who is looking for a job b/c he shot his mouth off to the news media - they'll twist your words like a pretzel.
Be careful.

I would also like to point out once again that management, the media and all sorts of people from all over the world read APC. A couple of members even gained fame when they were quoted somewhere. It is prudent to be careful in everything you say or do.
