Looked way better when they actually spent money on the paint job and it was done correctly with quality paint that didn't peel off after a week and they actually took some time to paint it well instead of taking it down to MEZ and having it done in Uncle Jake's Aircraft Paint Shop/BBQ.
If you guys have noticed all the "new" UAL birds 809/10/11/12 all the paint is already peeling. Oh, and good luck finding an airplane in our entire fleet that doesn't have a white or black nose cone. Image goes a long way when passengers are walking up to an airplane.

The ex-Mesa birds, 851 and 852, were (are) the exact same way. Never went to Mena, but I went down to Hot Springs a coupld times, including in the back of a 310 in the middle of the night, think that was the same day USAirways went in the drink. Good times
