It's not like foreign airlines hire Zero time people and put them in the right seat. The difference is that they have strict hiring practices. Where as here....you just need to "Show me the money!"

I saw a coupon in Flying magazine for Gulfstream. Bring in the coupon and redeem a high five and a RS gig.

You're absolutely correct
there was an aa pilot who couldn't figure out how to enter the hold because he was too slow to enter it in his fms. (it happened 2x) How pathetic is that sh*t?
