Default Reality Check people....

Ok, I would like to bring to notice that there are United Mainline Pilots, encouraged by ALPA, to take a new hire class at GoJet Airlines! How hypocritical is that??? Republic still has pilots on furlough, and it has been long before these buyouts that Republic has hired. So, my point is, do not take out the recent actions of Republic management against the crews! We have all worked here long before any of this buyout mess! None of us came here with the intention of taking over the Airline Industy! We are currently working on Industry leading pay rates for the aircraft we fly and in my opinion are treated fairly by management in comparison to many of the other companies within our class. If anything, United Airline pilots should be in the spotlight for taking the very jobs that put them at risk, and at the cost of another pilot group who is furloughing...Food for thought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Republic just added 300 more furloughs to its pilot's list. Can't wait to see how a late 90's hire will be below a 2006 number at Republic. Oh the joy of this profession.

It's all over these boards. Republic just bought Midwest. Midwest has 300 pilots on furlough. There's your proof.

Industry leading? Yeah maybe for a regional. You will have industry leading pay for a regional airline flying Mainline A/C. Put that against mainline pay and you will be a bottom feeder. Spin it however you wish...

Your point is moot. How can you work for a company that was the outsourcee for 75% of our higher paying jobs using your lofty ideals? Funny you don't mention that!
