Good job guys. Keep it up, continue to fly SAFE and we might just get a contract this year! Only meeting one goal for the month.

Phil the clocks ticking...30 days, 30 seconds. Time to SHUTTER DOWN.

**Spent all that time getting the tables right and it still comes out wrong..Oh well...You get the picture!

Wow...Shocked. I guess the Pass travel combined with the latest negot. stall has made people realize it's not worth looking the other way to help the company.

Im sure this is making Delta look at you guys in a great light... I understand you guys are fighting a hard fight against your management but couldnt this hurt in the short and even long run with your contract with Delta? What is a contract going to do if you dont have anyone to fly for?

Delta is trying to reduce it RJ lift. Seems this would open the door for terminating a contract with a sub-contractor.

If that happens, so be it. For the first time in 5 years it seems like everyone is finally getting the message. That message is - if you aren't going to treat us like adults and pay us like airline pilots then we are going to shut your airline down. I hope our numbers get worse.

Good for you guys for standing up for what's right. I wish you all the best of luck and hope you are able to bring home an industry leading contract.

Yes...And I'm sure Delta was knocking down our door when we were the #1 performing regional. It's just that they were knocking down our door to reduce flying.

I think it is Delta's plan to AXE Pinnacle and Freedom by fall of 09 anyhow.

They will takes their checkers(120 CRJs) and find someone else's (Mesaba) board to put them on.

I'm impressed people. I never commented on the whole DAL pass travel thing, because I was at a complete loss for words. The pass travel is negotiated by your management...the fact that they would intentionally allow you guys to be reduced so far below what other DCI carriers have is astounding.

Obviously everyone is aware of the risk of getting fired by DAL, but hopefully management will blink before that happens.

Wow, you're intelligent. Go play in traffic.

For what its worth. Goal in the above charts is MANAGEMENTS goal for their bonuses. NOT the minimum contract performance levels.

I figured there would be a few people who are pansys posting "oh no, don't u want your jobs?" There a two posts in this thread showing exactly why this profession is in a race to the bottom...

We'd all rather SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN, than continue working under these HORRIBLE, TEN YEAR OLD RULES!
