I think you can't mention the word 'moderators', 'thread closed', 'moderation', etc etc, or it will get closed.

Full (and official) language will be released after it is finalized and sent through the legal dept. At the latest it will be done prior to the 16th. From what I know within my areas of direct knowledge only half the story is being told and I am not happy, but I will wait for the MEC communications before posting anything- especially on a public forum. If you are a 9E pilot you can call or email your elected reps ( or P2P reps). That's why we volunteer- for the pilots (who happen to be friends and coworkers).
I have talked with IC ALL about moderation and have recieved warnings, as well as getting threads reopened (which has been done before) but right now the info is not out to even keep the other thread alive.
The documents are tied up between legal and final language is still bring written in ways they CANNOT be changed in viewpoint (which has plagued us for a long time). It's not what you want to hear, but it's all that can be put out. I would say many on here would NOT like what I have been told/seen on language, yet many of the pilots DONT look at forums and message boards when they leave work and are ready to just sign a deal. That's not a good situation, but the exact reason your status reps need to know and represent what YOU need and want.

I was watching this Aviation subcommittee webcast from Aug 6th and the Pinnacle CEO was asked about pilot wages. In his response he mentioned a 20% raise for 1st yr Pinnacle pilots in the new TA. I believe this was the exact words, but watch the video and check it out!

Howd you beat 3greens to the question? He's the 9E hiring question master. To answer your question, there will be no hiring at 9E for a long, long, long, long, long, long, perhaps even longer time. We are all stuck in this toilet and unfortunatly will not get flushed to the promised land for years to come.
