U Fly Mic
#11
ive worn all different headsets for a long time, from Bose, David Clark and Lightspeed and more. In the end game its all about which one sounds good, and can you wear it all day long. The zulus are as comfortable as the Bose, but they go around the ear which gives it a better seal. I realize some people dont like that though. It does have that nifty plug in function for MP3 players and cancels music when you hear the radio or someone talks in the cockpit...Not that ive ever done that, flying in the midwest with no traffic on the radio for 20 minutes at a time. The zulus are a little on the pricey side, but if you have an old lightspeed headset they credit you up to $500 on the trade in. Like I said, its personal preference.

Just plugged my Uflymike into the QC15. Fits perfect. Didn't have it plugged into the aircraft so I cant vouch for it actually working. Does look like ( and sound ) like better passive reduction.
Anyone want to by a lightly used QC2?! 6 months on it.

Just traded in my old QC2's for QC15's and they only cost me 150. So be sure to trade in or you'll pay the full price. Mine were the older champagne colored ones, if you have the silver QC 2's the 15's only cost $125.
