Is it any surprise they top out at 37 dollars for 99 seats? And from what I read here they are going very senior. Noticed how all the RAH pilots avoided your question? They know it. Still, nothing you can do about it, Midwest is a victim of a powerful and cheap operation that made a few good decisions. I sincerely doubt RAH is done with their pillage, more to come, you heard it here first.

However I would check your attitude at the door. No one here signed up for any of this and no one came to Republic thinking they would be ruining your illustrious career at Midwest airlines. It would be different if we were hiring but when all of us came here it was just any other regional and the goal was to get in and get out. Its very childish to hear you tell us we, the RAH pilots, are dragging your career down and how you want nothing to do with us. You are the problem with this industry Rat. When something doesn't go in your favor whats the first thing you do. Lash out and start crying about how some regional pilots ruined your career. how is career expectations defined? is it all based off of this pilot was flying a larger airplane making more money... or is it this pilot was flying for an airline that was continually growing and has grown by 1000% in the last 10 years? I am confused with how an arbitrator will look at the term.
