We don't have time to wait. That is why we have filed for arbitration. That arbitration is going to favor YX. Why. Two words that have been used before. CAREER EXPITATIONS. It is my hope the top 257 YX pilots get DOH. Could happen. I hope we argue for it. I think I speak for us all when I say I would be happy to merge my name with the F9 pilots but as for the RAH pilots? You are dragging down my career and I want no part of you.

Do you know what R.A.H stands for?

United Alter-egos under one List.

Is it any surprise they top out at 37 dollars for 99 seats? And from what I read here they are going very senior. Noticed how all the RAH pilots avoided your question? They know it. Still, nothing you can do about it, Midwest is a victim of a powerful and cheap operation that made a few good decisions. I sincerely doubt RAH is done with their pillage, more to come, you heard it here first.

Agreed, the followers of BB will pillage our profession. As BB would say,

"Hope your family enjoys the fruits of unemployment... God be with you".

I don't want you guys to wait either and I hope arbitration goes in your favor so you can start flying the 190s that people are getting displaced into.

However I would check your attitude at the door. No one here signed up for any of this and no one came to Republic thinking they would be ruining your illustrious career at Midwest airlines. It would be different if we were hiring but when all of us came here it was just any other regional and the goal was to get in and get out. Its very childish to hear you tell us we, the RAH pilots, are dragging your career down and how you want nothing to do with us. You are the problem with this industry Rat. When something doesn't go in your favor whats the first thing you do. Lash out and start crying about how some regional pilots ruined your career. Place the blame where it belongs, with the two management teams. Keep the blinders on and keep pushing the people you should be unifying with farther and farther away. You are the reason why more and more pilots everyday at RAH are caring less and less about what happens to you guys. Good luck with the arbitration...

how is career expectations defined? is it all based off of this pilot was flying a larger airplane making more money... or is it this pilot was flying for an airline that was continually growing and has grown by 1000% in the last 10 years? I am confused with how an arbitrator will look at the term.

So what do you suppose we do? Are Pinnacle or Skywest pilots somehow better than us because their management hasn't decided to buy up other airlines?
