Aviation can get its hooks into you. I wasted 20 years and untold thousands in the attempt. As a reformed addict I feel it my duty to attempt to save a few lives.. Including yours.

Aviation can get it's hooks into you, but I think it was piloting that dragged you down.

There are other careers in the aviation industry besides flying a plane.

FINALLY! I know plenty of people i graduated with making a lot more money than me in aviation...to them their "aviation degrees" were definately worth it

Working on the ramp at FedEx sucked, but the benefits were good. Weight and balance is another decent job. I did that for 2 years... can't get rich from it, but it's a lot of fun playing the numbers game to get that magical 26.0% on a 744!

Atlas' probably. Definately not FedEx's.
