Joey, you guys once the furloughees are recalled, expect to be hiring again? I remember just before hiring stopped I spoke with Angela, is she still there? I was supposed to go back sitting right seat after my stint with another emb operator. I know a lot of my Delta Connection Academy buds are still there, so what's the word on that?
Thanks Man.

IF we recall, I dont think it would be anywhere near the 347 (of which 2 have passed away), that's my own personal opinion. With up to 33 additional airplanes during the busy months, I don't see how we can do that with our current staffing, we should have staffing info this week

I know you asked the Saab-meister, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents...

22 planes isn't a helluva lot, especially considering we're somewhat overstaffed on the planes we're operating currently. I'm going to guess that this new CPA will bring back 50-100 furloughees MAX, and seeing as we have nearly 350 currently on furlough, I'd say it's unlikely XJT will see any hiring before 2012...

^ that's my guess on the recalls too, however this really is great news for us, the morale has been really low, guys on reserve for 2 years commuting from west coast to EWR with just 12 days off, this will move people around and improve QOL for a lot of guys/gals

No idea, yet. Details to follow.

I'm with Joey as well. Morale has been in the crapper lately. People on reserve see endless reserve. Hopefully, this will shift some things around make everyone's QOL a little better. The crews of XJT needed this badly!
