read each companies contract, im sure they are both readily available somewhere online, if you cant tell the difference and cannot distinguish the far superior company to work for, well I really dont know what to tell you.

I was in ground school last week and the instructor showed us the training dept schedule. The sim schedule has multiple slots designated for hew hires all the way through July.

I'm not in the 121 game any more, but that's just laughable, man. I have a lot of friends at Colgan, but there is a STARK difference between the two companies, with roughly $11,000 a year being one of them.
You may argue that upgrade is a consideration, but that's like saying a craps table is "hot."
