I disagree. We will not have 75+ Saab FO's transitioning to fly the Q for the same low wage. Colgan will be placing new hires in the Q when the transitions run out. I believe we got around 5 saab-Q FO transitions on the last vacancy bid which runs from March-August for the Q. These are not enough to fill 75 FO spots

The bases for this new hire group went:

4 IAD
3 IAH
2 CRW
2 SYR
1 PQI

What he said. We were told that there is a need for 83 FOs in IAH for the Q. The last bid went through over half the guys just for the 16 spots in IAH. So I sure some new hire guys will be able to get Q IAH if they want.
