Yes and out of 43ish people in my indoc class basically all but 3 passed, and 2 I think failed for something outside flying skill. So I have to say they did a wonderful job. I wish the potential hiring pool out right now had more 1000/100+ pilots, but it does not, nor will it again for a long time. The next 5 years will be extremely interesting to watch in this industry.

The next 5 years will be extremely interesting to watch in this industry. I am as curious as you. Should be an interesting few years or possibly decade to be a part of. |

Interviewed a week or so ago - 11 people started, 6 people ended with the "pre-offer." However, it seems they are not being as strict about reapplying. One person didnt list a 141 checkride failure but instead of being told to apply again in 90 days, was told to correct it and come back later that week. I am excited for my Aug 1st class date!

Whole-heartedly agree. And pilots with those hours are out there too, but maybe they're just waiting for the phone to ring or for the right offer. It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out. Depending on how well the next 5 yrs go, the following decade can be a pretty exciting period for aviation.
Incidentally, one person interviewing was an older gentleman who went through one of those pay-to-play programs. IE "first officer training" where you pay 10-20 grand so sit right seat in something. |
Hi I also did interview on 6th, and still waiting to hear from them.

Snipper when did you interview? April thanks I will let him know others are still waiting.
