Yeah I'm not holding my breath. Why would they take time and money to add a larger aircraft here, when they could use other regionals, and thus shrink us? All about the $$$$.

It was interesting that they expanded the seats on the turboprop payscale to include say a "Q" and also resurrected the smaller turboprop scale. AA has a fleet plan, how come our future is covered in mud and hidden behind an NDA. Kinda makes it hard to negotiate when you don't have any idea what you're fighting for.

does not make it hard to negotiate, because the mec and nc see it, it is you who does not get see the numbers. just what the mec and nc want you to see, which usually is to make there psition more easily justifiable.

Because regardless of who flies them, no larger aircraft will fly for aa as regional feed without changes to scope.... Money spent either way.

Final report came out today.

All the heavy maintenance on the ATR was farmed out to an outfit in TN or something, someone might remember? So it wasn't done in house.
