Default New ASA MEM Flying

Just curious! Is this new MEM flying that was just announced an increase in flying, or just moving some of it around? Recalls maybe?

I would say its just DL moving things around. At Mesaba, we are again doing some flying out of ATL and have been doing quite a bit of SLC flying for sometime now. Additionally, I have seen quite a few SKW birds in MEM and MSP, with Freedom having something of a presence in both MSP and DTW lately.

Total hours for MEM crews and 9E overall are up, but spread out in the system.

what they said. we lost a few cities out of mem and gained some in atl and cvg on the 200. also the net hours in mem is up quite a bit. So like higney said 9E hours have been going up since the beginning of the year and the hours are spread out over "bases" that we dont have crew bases in.

Pretty sure ASA is not having RON aircraft in CVG anymore. That mx base is being moved to CHA. CVG flying is greatly reduced (if there is any. I'm too lazy to look). This is just a shuffle.

Reduction in -200 flying for ASA in ATL and CVG --> MEM. No net gain.
