I believe everyone is now in the PMP their entire first year at the company. This is the very earliest anyone can get out of it.

That could be true, I am not fully conversant on all the rules and criterion for being a "turd" on flight standards hit parade. Wouldn't be necessary in the first place if they were hiring people that had command potential out of the chute...Oh yeah, those jobs are at the majors where pilots are reasonably well paid for the job that they do...

This would be for Dash 8 Captain coming from the right seat of the Dash. It is different for new hires I believe. Over half of the entire pilot group is in the program, it is the place to be for anyone whos anyone.

I was in the Aug. 25th interview group and haven't heard anything back about an official offer. I've gotten a couple of calls saying my paperwork has gone through and to expect an Oct. 5th class date. Anyone from the Aug. 25th group get an official offer yet?
