I would be genuinely surprised if you actually believe in or agree with Colgan Management. This was not a "feed" problem, but a performance problem. Performance absolutely starts from the top, employees do not choose their leaders. 9e flight crews are at a substantial disadvantage from the start. The constant problems with crew staffing, scheduling, inexperienced SOC personnel, poor work rules, and inexcusable recurring maintenance issues cannot be overlooked. These problems stem from nowhere else but management. I may not be proud to fly for Cjc, but I am proud of the job I do each and everyday and truly believe the rest of the 9e pilots feel the same.
Where are you based? It can't be Iad, Ewr or Iah. An outstation I'm guessing?

As I said in the post I made, I didn't see the memo because I couldn't find it on the crewpage. From what was posted, I assumed it only talked about how Continental didn't want Q400s in IAH for now due to miscellaneous issues (maybe related to the merger), and that was the end of story. Now I found the memo and I seriously can't believe it.
