Stranger things have happened. Do you think Frontier guys ever dreamed they'd be working for Republic one day? Nope.

ASA/XJT

SKYW Inc., will maintain a separate list for OO, and let XJT MEC file a grievance and battle it out in court.

Its gonna be hilarious when they win.....don't count on that "separate list" for too long.

I want one list, frankly. % intergration with 5 yr fences for certificate/domicile, I'd be happy.

What do the seniority numbers look like in comparison? I see skywest has captains hired in 07 while express has the most junior CA as an 05 hire. I know express has guys that have been there over 30 years. How does skywest compare?

Very few over 25+yrs. Most Jr CRJ CA June 06 hire (ORD), about 35 ish E-120 CA junior to that, FAT/PSP based, most on perpetual RSV.

Sorry but it doesn't matter. We're apples to apples so %age base integrate with 3-5 year fences and call it done. No real gain and no real loss in relative seniority is the only way to do it (+/- 1%), that way no one steps on anyone else and his or her relative position stays unchanged.

Keep DOH for benefits.

I hope it stays this simple.

LOL @ people previously thinking that a pilots contract was gonna prevent this merger from happening....or still will.

Good luck to you all.
