Are you guys at the LaQuinta?

Mind if I come by and iron a shirt later? I just realized crashpad has no ironing board/iron...

October 11 Class

25 started today. 3 ExpressJet furloughs, 1 ASA coming back from medical leave, and 21 off the street new hires. About half of the new hires were furloughed from Comair, Mesa, NetJets, etc... The other half were instructors, corporate guys, and Part 135 guys. They said that they probably need three people to go to IAD, and we had three volunteers. Everybody is probably going to the CRJ 200, but we won't know until later in the week. Oldest guy was 55, youngest was 24, I think.

Still interviewing this week and next week for a pool of 15 to 20 for a new hire class, but may not happen until after the first of the year.

That's all for now!
