Maybe done calling. But not done hiring. I interview today for the 10/11 class. And a friend interviews tomorrow for the same class.

Just a heads up, rumor has it we'll be hiring on the XJT side of the house come first quarter of next year (sometime around February), so if you didn't get a chance at ASA, you might get a chance at XJT, and about this time next year, we'll be one happy family.

Just spoke with DR today while walking in two resumes. The Oct. 11th class is filled or will be filled with the remaining interviews. As for another class, there is nothing scheduled, however, he mentioned he would be shocked if we didn't have another class within 90 days.

How does ASA handle new hire seniority in a newhire class (age, last 4)? Does anyone know what the break down was for the 9/27 class on domicile/equip?

Class seniority assigned by birthday. I'm interested in equip breakdown of 9/27 class too.

What does it matter what equipment people are assigned?

first year pay is the same. Changes year 2 and up.

But, depending in if you get the 200 or the 700/900 completely alters how much gauze you need for your bleeding A$$ once scheduling is done with you when you are on reserve.

As short as the company is on the 200, if they send newhires to the 700 it will be suggestive that more 700s/900s are on their way...which is the loudest, most oft repeated rumor on the property.

That's why I wanted to know.
