any ideas of an email address to send a resume too... i have an online app in but havent heard anything. I figure i need to cover all bases.

Were you hired by AWAC? If not then I can only imagine why since you think it was a joke.

You should never walk into an interview and be too cocky! They can tell pretty quickly. Take everything seriously and if the interview ends up being easy the you were well prepared and you did your homework.

To anyone who is, or has recently been through new hire training; is there any need for a laptop during training? Are there any CBTs to take back to the hotel room or anything that would require a computer?

Generally I'm not the crazy study type. But initial does move pretty fast causing you to write notes in chicken scratch. So I found it very helpful to transcribe my notes after every day in ground school. It may be different now compared to 4 years ago when I started but it's normally been the "shape up.....ship out" mentality. So do yourself a favor and if you really wanna work here, study like you do. It'll go a long way. FWIW

And you might need a stress reliever during training... ie. APC or Flightinfo
