Default PCL signing bonus lawsuits

How many different lawsuits will be filed? Will they be combined into a class action case?

This could get uglier than it already was.

That same signing bonus is still on the table. It is only roughly $10.1 million. Far less than retro pay. The bonus will only be distributed to Pinnacle pilots.

There's a new method of distributing the money allocated in the new TA for 9E guys. Problem is, some guys aren't getting as much as they would have gotten under TA1, so they're mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore. All it takes is for one person to dispute it, and no one gets their bonus until it's straightened out. I'm expecting to get mine sometime in 2013 after I've (hopefully) left this place.

A court will throw that one out in an instant.

Someone call JG Wentworth and have him put an airline pilot on his next commercial sticking his head out the flight deck windscreen yelling "IT'S MY MONEY AND I NEED IT NOW"

True, but we're not even talking about the court system. It's a process outlined by ALPA policy. We've gotta get passed that before guys start suing. I wouldn't surprise me at all to see some of the guys (and you other 9E guys know the ones I'm talking about) dispute it, delay it for the rest of us, have their dispute overruled, then grab a lawyer and sue right after that.

I think it's just one lawsuit, led by Pink-Slip and 6 other memphis check airmen goons.

What a bunch of tools. You know they will lose! I'm sure some lawyer is just feeding them what they want to hear, only to get himself some money. It's going to be an interesting story to follow for sure!!
