Default TSA Nosegear Collapse in BDL

Anybody have any more info than the article has? Sounds like not a huge deal but not a fun way to start a flight.

Nose gear on plane at Conn. airport collapses
Associated Press - March 1, 2011 8:44 AM ET

WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (AP) - Passengers were evacuated from a plane at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut when the nose gear of their aircraft collapsed as it was pushing away from the gate.

A spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration says 29 passengers and three crew members were taken off the Embraer 145 operated by Trans States Airlines, a contractor for US Airways, after the front landing gear on the Pittsburgh-bound flight collapsed at about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday.

No one was hurt.

A spokeswoman for US Airways says the cause of the collapse remains under investigation.

Passengers were placed on other flights.

I thought you meant a TSA agent collapsed the nose gear while he was climbing on airplanes - looking for a way to sneak aboard...

Oh, I thought it was a WWYD question: You place the gear handle in the down position and observe two green lights. I'm flying a Beech 18, what's the question again?
