I just got done with training a couple of weeks ago. The majority of the classes going right now are Shuttle. The groups have been mostly FO's going right now...about 25/class is what I have seen. There is a break until Aug, and there is another Shuttle class that's going to start if I remember correctly. Other than that, not sure.
On another note, I think that if this place doesn't implode in the next couple of years, you will see a lot of movement here. I think it will be a lot of guys from the top if the openings are there for the major's. So I can believe a 2-3 year upgrade time...but it all depends on how many people leave at the top. I think it will happen.

Funny, cause the most junior CA is about 75 above me....and I've been moving up about 4-5 a month, most of the people leaving are junior to me....and I'm an FO.

Wondering what reserve is like at Shuttle; ready reserve policies, etc.
Also, what are typical trips like; day trips, 2 days, 4 days ? average legs per day?
How many days off for jr lineholders ? senior lineholders?
Thanks for any good info

most of the people leaving are between us then. Still with no one really hiring at the moment I wouldn't expect a lot of CA's to leave. Just wait until the majors hire. They won't be able to keep people here, including the senior guys. 2 years for 08 hires, new hires 3 years.
