Any insight into how many more 9L CAs until they fill their ratio? What is the number range on the ISL that the 9L guys will come from?
Thanks!
It will not be done by the next 2 upgrade classes. Even if Colgan is under 40 Q CA spots, upgrade/transition classes for the Q will most like just be for attrition so that 40 remains. The only way to make up ground is if 1)Colgan gets more Q's or/and 2)Staffing is increased per Q aircraft. Everything else is just swapping a Colgan who has left with another Colgan moving into the Q.

Also, even when the Q spots are finally filled, there are many Saab guys in Group 3 waiting for a Q spot in a desirable (non EWR) base and they will have first opportunity over group 4 guys.

The sooner the better. We need some more upgrades.

Actually you could have stapled Colgan and given them these fences and things would be about the same for them.

Colgan guys got alot of good things out of this merger, I would be very careful rubbing that in some of the other groups faces.

I get tired of folks hired at Pinnacle AFTER the Q deal was in place whining about how THEY paid for the planes.

I'll agree with this, nobody should brag about anything. We are all one company now, time to start acting like it. Oh, and props are for boats!
