Well now that I'm waiting till the second check on OCTOBER....what are your bets everyone gets shorted significant amounts of money?
Also, having to wait that long for a simple pay rate increase and different pay rules is questionable. It only should take a meeting/phone call/email between payroll and ADP. The company is making money on the interest it's accruing while we wait.

The rates of pay, per diem,
compensatory days off, longevity-based benefits and all other economic items became effective August 1, 2011, but may not become
payable until the second pay period in October. This delay in payment provides the company adequate time to make the necessary

Yeah I'd imagine there's going to be some MAD people up in this joint if they don't compensate.
Truth be told things have been going better than expected since I got back on property...I'm cautiously optimistic about the new pay scales and their implementation.
Besides....that second check in October....
