Pinnacolaba has 100% cancellation on a leg by leg basis as well as a reassignment provision that guarentees you the greater of original or reassigned trip on a leg by leg block or better basis. Anything less is not industry leading regardless of what your negotiators told you, but it IS nothing less than you deserve and we ALL should have it. Congrats on the contract.

I have no idea how this is going to go down, but it will probably go down the "easiest" way which would be to make Sept the first month with 11 days off. If they have to give 11 days off in Aug then they have to figure out how to distribute those extra days off....
Reserves will get 11 days off at least until Aug 2013. If we have pref bid then then they will continue to get 11 days off through the end of the CBA. If Aug 2013 comes by and we do not have pref bid then Aug 2013 reserve guys will go back down to 10 days off.
