Come on man , I'm all for TSA pilots ratifying this, but other regional pilots shouldn't be as it just makes their own battles tougher. I do find it interesting the same characters who belittled Mesa pilots for the same reasons now wear that shoe themselves.
You should be happy right, as why would you vote for something that you weren't happy with ?

I've been doing this for 9 years and over the years I've had friends at lots of different regionals and none of them have ever had 100% cx pay. (I mean they haven't really said that they didn't have it, but I've seen them all complain about losing pay over cxd flights.) Anyways guess since I hadn't heard of it before I figured it was industry leading.
Thanks on the congrats though. All in all I think its a good deal and hopefully raises the bar for all.

Yes, but if u go Over block on the next flight are u over block for the day? Expressjet (according to our negotiators) is block by the day cancellation, not block by leg. For instance if u have four legs for the day, and three of them get cancelled but u overblocked 20 mins on the only leg are u over block? Nope.

Payday's here.
Still paid the old rate (Yeah I know, the damn thing hasn't even passed yet but still...not supposed to get paid till the 1st)....saving the company money has never been more fun!

Wouldn't matter anyways. Aug 1st pay covers July 15-31. New pay rates wouldn't be seen till the Aug 16th check.
