Mesa Vs Colgan?
"As a final note you will not find a finer bunch of people then the pilots at Mesa, maybe its because we are all in this mess together but when a guy flying the same equipment for Colgan has the audacity to look down on you for flying at Mesa you just want to drop him on the moving walk, someday maybe…" as said by STILLGROUNDED
I know I have said a few negative things about Colgan, but Colgan Pilots are a far far far better group than MESA guys

"Pilot vs pilot" bull$hit is the reason why the management at Colgan, Mesa, Chaniqua and other $hitty companies in the industry are getting away with it.
Guys big picture, pilots are not the problem, is the JO's of the industry that are. There is not a group that's better than another with the exception of the wh0res at Gojets, so stop this we're better than you crap.
What we should do is spread the awarness, and support those that work under this embarrasing contracts, such as the folks mentioned above. Help them get better for the sake of the industry.

Industry humor, you'll get it when you start working 121. To understand what I'm talking about as far as contract, you'd have to be familiar with their contract. Couple of my friends work there, and we've had an opportunity to compare compensation (on all equipment) and work rules to name a few...middle of the road is a bit generous. But don't ask me...ask someone there that has not drank the Kool Aid.

Theres a controller down here in Houston who always calls Chatauqua Chiniqua or Chiquita...HIlarious...especially when the CHQ crews correct him. He keeps right on going with it.

people need to bind together and support each other instead of beating down on other pilot groups. a turbine pilot is a turbine pilot. if you support mesa and their movement for the next contract, it will be good for us all in the end. they are getting it together and taking a stand... and this is key.
