Default New Hire Hours - published vs. reality

Hey all, would you guys be kind enough to post the published flight time minimums to apply at your company and what guys are actually getting hired with at your airline?

A simple post like this would be great:

Airline: Canadian Eagle

published 1000/500
actual 500/100

Would love to hear from Mesa, Skywest, Great Lakes, Messaba, (and anyone else).

Thanks!

I just flew with one with 250 hours, he didn't even have to interview. Some program they got setup with some flight school....He was better than the guy before him who had 1000 hours.

Not sure what the Pinnacle Family hiring mins are.

GLA's are 750/50 published. It is common to see less total with more multi, or more total with at least 30-40 multi. A letter of recommendation goes a long way as well. Lately, we've averaged around 800 total with 40-60 multi.

SkyWest 1000/100
Reality? 1500/400 broad range tho. Sure to have 1000/100 guys in there but not the average...

RAH- Shuttle America April 2011
Published 1500 TT, 500 ME, ME ATP (Now 1200 TT & 200 ME)
Me-2600TT, 170 ME, ATP Written

Not sure what guys have that are in class now, but I would imagine they are higher time pilots. In my class it was a lot of former Mesa, 135, and some CFI's...

Colgan (but I interviewed with Mesaba's HR in Minneapolis)

Published 1000/100
Hired April 2011 with 1100/120, part 135 experience with about 150 hrs turbine single (Caravan). I was 6th from the bottom of my class of 18 regarding time. Top was around 3000, bottom was I believe around 900. A couple people got in slightly below or right at multi mins.

CommutAir is 900/100, everyone in my class had 1200/200 or better with the exception of one guy who had a few letters of recommendation.
