Are you out of your mind? Not bad at all? Wow what a pond scum operation! This really hit's me hard as proof that airlines like this are part of what is making the regional industry a race to the bottom. When all other regionals see GJ getting away with stuff like this they'll make it the "industry standard" and cut everyone back to GJ's sub-everything standards and practices. Makes me sick to my stomach... I sincerely hope you're not proud...

Yes, I know others do don't pay for the hotel which is also BS. Yes some airlines, including ASA, used to have pay-for-training but that is gone and some things have started to move in the right direction in the contracts (yes there is plenty of room for improvement.) So, excuse me if I am against airlines that are pulling us back deeper into the poo pile... For instance, I think we are about to loose our 100% DH pay because that is the new "industry standard" set by other airlines, I'll try to refrain from mentioning names. Hello 50% DH pay!

You cant simply loose something. Remember we vote on this stuff. This time around I hope the guys read the stuff more thoroughly and stop giving the company freebies (cough, PBS, cough) on good faith.

I'm not playing the my company is better game . But I am saying that the points listed above are pulling our industry down, and if you have a problem with that you must think the opposite of that which is scary.

That's disgusting and makes me want to vomit. Even Mesa provided their new hires with single occupancy rooms...
Screw anyone who decides to go to that airline. There is enough hiring going on anywhere else that there is no excuse other than that they want to fly a bigger airplane. Puke.
