You want your dues back because you didn't get a class date to transfer to Pinnacle's jets fast enough? Give me a break.
Whiny, entitled, little pricks better not come to class with that attitude.

Whoah! Doesn't that kind of smack talk belong on the internal message board for the three pilot groups? WWW.AIRLINKPILOTS.COM
In this public forum we should treat everyone with respect. Then again, maybe not.

Ha, heard that exact question from a Q driver the other day in IAD. Must be posted in the Colgan crewroom as PR 101.
Same team, sure. It's like watching Discovery on tv...the gator's sitting in the water hole while the impala grabs a drink, and snap. They're both just there for the water right?
Colgan guys are going to be walking around with targets on their backs until those that were 'in line' to upgrade finally make it to the left seat. The merger and list is what it is, we all have to deal with it. Eventually peace will be restored but these boards will be a bloodbath for years...plain and simple. Might be time to take a break from this the minute you start taking things to heart from a nameless coworker on a public internet. forum

"Targets" on their backs? Why? I don't think any pilot from each of the three airlines wanted to merge. That's right: it is what it is. New seniority list. It's not a longevity list. No one was "in line" for anything. It happens when it happens, IF it happens. There are no guarantees in this business.
Facts without any merger / acquisition / whatever you want to call it:
9E, without a new contract, would've been understaffed (as usual). Where's all the upgrades there?
XJ, with all the SAABs going away, would have most likely furloughed. No upgrades there either.
9L, uh.... Well, nobody's really sure about them. EAS is a strange animal. Q's are popular with the codeshares, but you have to be able to operate them well. Upgrades were happening there at a modest rate.
Instead of us acting like this whole mess is weakening our pilot gene pool, perhaps we can view it as a strengthening of it through consolidation and improvement of our operations.

SLI- If its a "seniority list" as you say the upgrades should go to 9E and XJ FO's that are senior to your guys getting upgrade.......right? Flew with an FO who was senior to 75+ CA awards on the latest. Bad argument. Your screen name shows you don't care about strengthening the pilot group.
