I have a lot of problems with this post. You have no idea of his background before becoming a new hire. You make a lot of assumptions and come off like an ass. Take your "I'm better than you" attitude somewhere else and give someone the benefit of the doubt.

I wholeheartedly agree. We've had furloughed ATA guys and former Fedex pilots who were newhires here as well. And even if this guy is new to the industry, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt before just ripping into them out of some perceived superiority complex...
